Then I found out the day of the event that he didn't get out of class 'til 5:30 and *then* had to come home. A little after 6:00, he showed up. Yes, I know to plan things early, but the simple rule of life is that it never works out like that when you're working with living people. I should have just gone separately, but all things considered, it was fine. We at least got to the place just in time to get good seats.

At least it wasn't like the Motab Christmas concert where I went to pick up the girl and sat in her front room for 15 minutes or so while she got ready, and then we just barely missed getting there on time. But that just proves my point again. Just because I plan on leaving in time doesn't mean that I can force everyone else to do the same thing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00096667328852320285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29941389.post-53498743927198638352007-03-23T14:33:00.000-06:002007-03-23T14:33:00.000-06:00I bought some Tilapia yesterday, on your recommend...I bought some Tilapia yesterday, on your recommendation, so I guess we will see how it is for ourselves.

Maybe you could plan such future dates 1/2 hour earlier than you think you should be there. You need to find a good person to double with who you know doesn't do that.

Your poor roommates..
