Kiera had her baby blessing at the Nelson home last night. She had a pretty rough little day yesterday but thankfully she slept through the blessing and was so pretty and sweet in her pretty dress that Grandma Groneman made (mom definately has a talent for sewing that I don't have!!-- thank you for the dress!!).
Kiera has starting making little cooing noises which are so cute. I'll have to get them on video for ya'll.

DARLING BABY!!!! I don't think I have ever heard of someone being blessed at home. I thought they only did that at church. I guess that theres no reason it couldn't be done there, I just never heard of it before. She is just such a beautiful baby....and Kim is here and said to tell you so for him. He still can't sit upright, so he isn't doing much at a computer, but he wants you to know that he saw the pictures and highly approves of his baby grand daughter!
Do me a favor and next time you dress her up in it, get some closer up pictures of her ok?
I can't tell in these pictures. Did it drown her?

Cambrie, I hope Kiera's fussyness yesterday was just a bad day and not a new trend...how is she now?

Um, so that wasn't me that posted that up there, even though it says it was. I'm not sure how that happened. Apparently my account is signed in on mom's computer.

With that said, congrats on the baby blessing and the dress and all that Nelsons. Sounds like fun.

Deathly Hallows A box came in the mail on Saturday...it contained TWO copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . One for me (happy birthday me from Chad) and one for Chad. Those poor Jehovah’s witnesses showed up at the door here again . They come here every few months or so. They rang the doorbell and my father-in-law (Craig) answered it. potty training done

Kiera is 100% in "tinkling" in her potty for 5 days now (except at night). I'd say potty training is done. I do have to say though that the transition from little potty to big potty was difficult (it didn’t help that Lydia was sick either). She would tinkle a tiny bit and then ask to go again 5-10 mins later all day long! Finally I was trying to make dinner and after being interrupted twice by her asking me to go (meanwhile my sick little Lydia cries hard when I leave the room with Kiera and if I bring her with she rolls around our nasty bathroom floor). So she came up and asked again “tinkles, mommy!” So I broke down and busted out the little potty and put her in front of the TV on it. I then picked up Lydia and nursed the poor little thing to sleep. Kiera tinkled quite and bit and was quite pleased with her self and pulled out the tray beneath the potty that holds the tinkles before I could stop her (I don’t run very fast when I’m holding a sleeping baby).
