Since Mom's been asking for a picture of Erica, here it is. This is from the Timp Hike we went on. And, as is usually the case, the picture doesn't do her justice. And it doesn't help that her hair is covered up. It was chilly up there though. I'm starting to get my hopes up. I think she likes me!

Did you know that hiking Timp was my 2nd date with Brigham? His dad apparently told him before hand, "Hiking timp on a 2nd date? Well, either you'll never go out again or you'll get married." He was right! So I'd love to hear why you think she likes you! How did your dinner go? Have you done other things? Keep us updated!

Nice picture. I actually got to meet Erica fact to face! Even better than the picture. She seems like a nice person. She and Chad came out to our place to pick raspberries yesterday afternoon. Don't have a clue why they came clear out here to pick raspberries, but I'm glad they did.

Deathly Hallows A box came in the mail on Saturday...it contained TWO copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . One for me (happy birthday me from Chad) and one for Chad. I'm about 1/4 of the way through it. Do YOU have your copy?!? It's also officially my most hated time of year. Those poor Jehovah’s witnesses showed up at the door here again . They come here every few months or so. They rang the doorbell and my father-in-law (Craig) answered it. They asked if he'd like to talk about religion and he invited them in and said he'd love to. To make a long story short, he asked what makes the Jehovah's Whitnesses special and what was their "compelling doctrine". Their response was "well, we read the bible." Craig- "So do the Baptists, Catholics, and Mormons..... so what is special about your church" JW's- "we belive in Jesus Christ" Craig- "so do all of the Christians.... potty training done

Kiera is 100% in "tinkling" in her potty for 5 days now (except at night). I'd say potty training is done. I do have to say though that the transition from little potty to big potty was difficult (it didn’t help that Lydia was sick either). She would tinkle a tiny bit and then ask to go again 5-10 mins later all day long! Finally I was trying to make dinner and after being interrupted twice by her asking me to go (meanwhile my sick little Lydia cries hard when I leave the room with Kiera and if I bring her with she rolls around our nasty bathroom floor). So she came up and asked again “tinkles, mommy!” So I broke down and busted out the little potty and put her in front of the TV on it. I then picked up Lydia and nursed the poor little thing to sleep. Kiera tinkled quite and bit and was quite pleased with her self and pulled out the tray beneath the potty that holds the tinkles before I could stop her (I don’t run very fast when I’m holding a sleeping baby).
