We are currently in crisis mode here in the Dastrup household. Benjamin was going potty for the last time before going to bed tonight when Moo, tired of being left behind on all of our trips to the pool, leapt into the toilet. The good news is that I was able to save him before mouth-to-mouth had to be performed. The bad news is that Moo needed a washing and was unable to accompany Benjamin (AKA Aladdin) to bed. Farewells were made, tears were shed, hearts were touched.

Moo is currently in the washer and will be delivered to his bed once he is sanitary once again. We would appreciate all of your moral support during this time of trial.

My heart was saddened to hear of Moo's accident, having gotten to know Moo quite well while he visited us last Christmas. I can see his little smile....his floppy ears.....and I wish him a speedy recovery from the spin cycle. Keep us informed of his progress.

Geez, how did I land in a family of people with such quick wit? Obviously, it came from the father unit...
I too am grieving for Benjamins loss...I am sure he will have nightmares all night long without his moo. Maybe in this time of extreme crisis, Christa was able to expedite the process so that he would at least be there to console him part of the night. Life is just so full of TRIALS huh benjamin...(and to have to find that out at such an early age...such a shame!)
