Hey, Fam. I am sure we will get more details later, but everyone please say a prayer for Christa and Brigham. They were in a car wreck on the freeway yesterday. She is in the hospital this morning because of shooting pains down her arm, for an x ray and probable CT scan. Pray the Lord will bless them as they need! Brigham thinks he is ok. Groneman Family

Crud. I hope you're alright Christa and that the pains just turn out to be muscle cramps or something. (I dunno...I'm no doctor!) How bad is the car (which one?) Were the boys with you? (3) and are they OK? I hope this doesn't change your plans for the next few days!

Christa is in a good deal of pain but all tests came back just fine. I'm stiff and sore and cranky as ever but otherwise fine. Our car will very likely never drive again. Odds of getting a picture of it are not great either. Boys were not in the car thankfully. Christa won't probably be running the next few days but otherwise both of us will continue with our planned activities. 3 police officers actually saw the accident occur and the official report puts the other driver at fault--I'm not so sure about it to be honest and neither is the insurance company for now. We'll give a detailed description later. Thanks for the support all.

Wow. I come home from work, check the blog, and find out that my family was in a car accident two days ago. That was certainly unexpected. I hope y'all are okay -- or at least as okay as can be.

Deathly Hallows A box came in the mail on Saturday...it contained TWO copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . One for me (happy birthday me from Chad) and one for Chad. Those poor Jehovah’s witnesses showed up at the door here again . They come here every few months or so. They rang the doorbell and my father-in-law (Craig) answered it. They asked if he'd like to talk about religion and he invited them in and said he'd love to. To make a long story short, he asked what makes the Jehovah's Whitnesses special and what was their "compelling doctrine". Their response was "well, we read the bible." potty training done

Kiera is 100% in "tinkling" in her potty for 5 days now (except at night). I'd say potty training is done. I do have to say though that the transition from little potty to big potty was difficult (it didn’t help that Lydia was sick either). She would tinkle a tiny bit and then ask to go again 5-10 mins later all day long! Finally I was trying to make dinner and after being interrupted twice by her asking me to go (meanwhile my sick little Lydia cries hard when I leave the room with Kiera and if I bring her with she rolls around our nasty bathroom floor). So she came up and asked again “tinkles, mommy!” So I broke down and busted out the little potty and put her in front of the TV on it. I then picked up Lydia and nursed the poor little thing to sleep. Kiera tinkled quite and bit and was quite pleased with her self and pulled out the tray beneath the potty that holds the tinkles before I could stop her (I don’t run very fast when I’m holding a sleeping baby).
