Party Suggestion

Would it work better for people to have the party on Saturday the 4th? Brett and Brigham both work the night before, so we couldn't start the party until about 4ish (or would it need to be later, Brett?). Better or worse? Also-- would Emmy be having a birthday party that day?

The 4th would work fine for me. Same with the 10th. I'm off of work on both ends of the day on both of those days. I do work the evening of Saturday the 11th, so that's a conflict for me. If you want to do it on a Saturday, the 4th would be my best option. I don't know my schedule after Dec. 11 yet.

We can't do later on Dec 11th because that's Chad's work party (I think). But our morning is free that day.

The 4th is probably fine for us.

As for Emmy's birthday party, we're just doing low-key. We should probably make definite plans on that quick. We were planning on just doing a small "blow out candles" thing with each side of the family separately.

Great! Let's plan on the 4th at 4:00 pm then! I definitely want a Katie pinata. And a Nativity. We'll bring mashed potatoes.

Does 4pm work for Brett? I think he's thinking morning or something.

Once again, yes, any time will be fine for me on the 4th.

Hmmm... Bretsker, you said in a comment to mom's post "essentially everything after 12:00 pm is out for me on the Saturday." That's a lot different than "any time will be fine" ???

True, but at that point, we were talking about Saturday the 11th. Now we're talking about Saturday the 4th. Didn't mean to confuse.
