Stoller & Car Seat

So, I made Brett open the stroller and car seat set that Santa gave us this year. The fabric pattern is cute without being gender specific (perfect!). We put in all the wheels, put together some of the pieces that have to snap in place, and played with all the levers to make it collapse and set up over and over. I pushed it around, did a few practice wheelies, and burned some rubber off of those front swivel tires. True... I even contemplated going on a walk with it outside, just to practice, but Brett talked me out of it.

Santa sure has good taste!

Definitely super cute! I don't want to rain on your parade by any means, but I did have a stroller system just like that once, and I hated it because the stroller was so massive that it took up almost the entire trunk of our car-- leaving almost no room for groceries, luggage, etc. It was also a pain in any situation where you have to fold it up and carry it (to go up stairs, onto subways, etc.) I ended up selling it and buying a smaller stroller. If you want more stroller opinions, I'd be happy to share. Just check it out in your trunk to make sure you are happy with it.

Well, it's been a long time since Santa had any kids and there was none of this new fangled stuff available then so how should he know what works well?

Santa has kids?? Are those the elves?

Of course, we haven't had a lot of use with this stroller yet, but our trunk is pretty big, and we'll only have one kiddo for a while here, so I'm not overly concerned about it right now. I may change my mind down the road, but for now, I'm happy with it.

I'm glad you guys are excited. I'm glad I'm not the only one who assembles baby stuff way ahead of time. I had my bassinet set up for like 3 months before Kiera came.
Fun cute stroller!! I'm so excited for you guys!
