I have reserved the coorporate apartment here at Ivymount for April 30-May 4th, but I don't know the price yet. It sounds like it will be more than $80-- I guess it is $90 for 4 people, but I will let you know when I find out. As for Cambrie's 5k idea, I think it is an awesome one! There is actually a 5k in Baltimore on May 5th, so if you wanted to tweak the dates a little bit, we could do it! My vote is let's go for it! It would be an awesome goal for everyone! And for people like Buff who might not want to participate, a 5k is only a little over 3 miles-- very doable for everyone! Brigham would love to coach (write up a training schedule tailored to your individual fitness level) anyone who wanted coaching, too.

If you do end up in a hotel, transportation shouldn't be a problem. We do have 2 cars. And the Nelsons could have our boys' room so they could put Kiera down whenever she was ready.

I could do 3 miles..... especially if I start running now. This is a good idea....

The office just called-- it is $100 a night with a $35 cleaning fee. Let me know ASAP if you want to change anything. It is booked for the night of the 4th.

I would appriciate any tips/advice that Dastrups would care to share on training since they are the experts.

Oh, excuse me, BJ warn me next time so I don't fall off my chair! YOU??? Run? WHATEVER!!! But, hey, If you can pull off training and running 3 miles and actually TRAIN for a coupla months, it ought to be worth a coupla movie tickets or something as a reward for doing something that I'll pass out if it actually HAPPENS! But your thinking in the right direction! You GO GIRL!!
