We've got a few in our area. None in our ward boundaries, but some right outside.

At first I questioned why this was here, but then I realized that if we see this kid, we'll know not to leave our kids alone with him.

I figure anywhere you go, there will be some. Some are more serious than others. There are also those who haven't been caught / convicted.

I think the best thing to do is to move into an area that has a good reputation. In other words, avoid West Valley City at all costs.

It's good to know these things. Most offenders don't reform just because they were caught once. Knowledge is power and we, as guardians of the well being of precious little children should have all the tools we can get our hands on to ensure their safety. My guess is we'll never have to use this information BUT, if I see Koleton is hanging around the park, I will use my knowledge and ensure kids under my care are well supervised if we're in the park too. That's just being prudent.
