If you use Firefox as a browser, HERE is a cool addon for weather. It sits in the toolbar only in unused space so it's not in the way and gives constant forecasts including radar.

Web Developers swear by Firebug. Of course, I don't think many of y'all are web developers.... But still, if you want to create havoc for a website that is a little out of date, these three tools will do the trick.
