YAY for us! Our other house rented! We had to lower the price to lower than we wanted, but it's better than losing another month of rent.

We don't know anything about the family moving in, so that makes me a little nervous, to be honest, but that's why we have a property management company--to take care of things for us so we don't have to worry about it.
You can name her anything in the world except for Lydia or Katelynn (we are still trying to decide).
