One of these models is over 21 and someone paid a lot of money for her makeup. The other model is 2 and did her makeup herself. Can you tell which is which?

Where on Earth did you find the older one? And I wonder if it is for real or if it was a halloween costume. Lydia has got her beat in every category though.
