Yeah, it is still sore. She went to an urgent care facility that is covered for us in California. She has cellulitis. It is really NASTY stuff. For those of you who know very little about it, like me before this weekend, well, her's started as what felt like a hangnail (but she didn't have one) and grew so extremely painful that she couldn't sleep at all. It got so swollen that pus was oozing out from under her fingernail (again, she had no wound there or anywhere on her finger) She said it felt like her skin was about to break open there was so much pressure, and when she lightly pulling a pin across her skin to see if it would let some of the pressure out, it did break the skin and the drainage did help some. The priesthood blessing she got helped the most. The Dr put her on some antibiotics. Where yesterday, the pain was a 10, today it is a 4. The medication wasn't having any effect on her pain levels, but the other stuff helped alot.

it is what mom said, and yes it is stillvery tender. today, i've been periodically letting the pus out of my finger to relieve pressure. i have to go in to work with it still so we'll see what happens. i will have to takea picture of it so you can see what i'm talking about.
