It is amazing how much work can go into putting together a house. We spent all day yesterday working on various little house projects. But it's fun though. Stay tuned for more house pictures.

Kiera is having new sleeping issues. She keeps rolling herself onto her back in the middle of the night (she is a tummy sleeper) and then she wakes up mad. I had to go flip her over 4 times last night (in addition to the 4 feedings). I wish she'd hurry and learn how to roll from back to tummy!!

That looks like a nice house to me! Your bedroom window must be facing the side yard as the fence looks like it's right next to the window!

Is that a large fish tank I see behind Steve? ARe you going to keep it or sell it? Kiera will like it in about a year...but then it's rather a pain when you go traveling. They do make weekend fish feeder pellets that we have used...
It is looking good. But yeah, it really takes awhile...longer every time you move cause you acquire more stuff!

yes, a mirror. we don't have to worry about fish.
Yes, the side yard. the neighbors dog is in a kennel about 5 feet from our window and he does a bit of parking/growing/whimpering

a little of everything

Lots of fun happening around here. Kiera going through daddy-withdrawls after steve had to start school again. Poor little lady. Kiera has started trying to draw pictures of people now (see photo above). Kiera has officially mastered the VCR. She knows how to work it and what all of the buttons do. (I'll bet there are some 70 year olds who don't know as much as she does at age 2). Lydia has been enjoying a few firsts lately. We gave her rice cereal last night for the first time which she was apparently more than ready for (see video), we've put her in a doorway jumper which she likes although she hasn't figured out the jumping part yet. Oh, and for those of you who have been to NM lately, you'll appriciate this: Steve and I plan on applying to a government program that is somewhat like the military in that they pay for your schooling; but instead of steve being in a branch of the military, he will owe the government years of his life serving in one of th...
