Google maps has a new feature - "Street View". It's a bit disturbing in a way. You put in your address, and it shows you a picture of your house. If you click on the picture, it takes you to an interactive thing where you can look around, go down the street, etc. Technically it's not an invasion of privacy since it's all publicly visible, but still...

I wonder how they got all the snow to melt for the pictures!

Actually, that's not my car in front of the house. Must be the visiting teachers.

Just be careful with this new powerful Google toy. You could end up like this...

Yeah, really. Did they actually hire someone to go and take visual images of every house in every state in the nation? That would be an expensive bill. I am sure that this would be helpful if you were buying a house from across the country...

Use the arrows at the bottom to go up and down the street. Apparently they drove a 360 degree camera setup up and down the streets taking pictures every 20 feet or so. Google is amazing.
