I just got home from my first day at work. It's been a year and a half since I worked last and it was tough to go back and leave my little Kiera. Yes I am charge nurse-- charge of 82 patients, 5 other nurses, 14 CNA's, dietary, housekeeping, maintainance, and everyone else. I'm sure I can do it as soon as they train me. They wanted me to do it independently by saturday, but so far all we have been doing is paperwork and tours of the facility.
