We went to the beach again and this time Kiera had fun. Infact, she spent most of the time there squeeling with delight. She liked the waves and the noise, the people and the breeze. It was way cute.
We went boogie boarding and the water was warm and the waves were great. It is so much fun!!! While I was getting in the water I looked behind Steve (who was already in the water )and saw fins sticking up out of the water about 40 yards away from him. I freaked out because it looked like a shark. However, it ended up being 5 dolphins who played for a while in the water really close by and then left. Pretty cool. I'm glad Steve wasn't eaten by a shark.
Yes, Kiera is getting chunky. Food is her favorite pass-time.

Ya e is getting a little chunky. But it's alright. If you really want her to slim down a bit, make her watch the yoplait commercials about the girl wanting to fit into the bikini, and explain to her that the world thinks they look best if they're a size 0. And tell her she's supposed to be heavily influenced by commercials, since she's a girl.

So, did you get her feet in the water? Did she like it? She is definitely growing since we saw her last! I didn't think it had been that long, but she's not such a little thing any more. Certainly not chunky, but bigger. Thanks for sharing such cute pictures of my kids.

yes, we put her feet in the water. It was really funny-- she would alternate between squeels of joy to whimpering (because she was scared or cold?).
We plan on going to the beach at least one more time this summer.
