Christa if you use your fresh rosemary from your bush...the flavor comes out better if you crush it. I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to!

You can say that again. BTW, I ate some of this bread, and dipped in basalmic vinegar, it's great!

What does it mean, "Sprinkle with remaining Tbs of rosemary"? Do you need more than 1 Tbs like it says in the recipe? Or do you not mix it all in at first?

Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

I am definitely going to try this, because this is one of my favorite foods in the world (Chad can vouch for that). Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are a must! :)

Sorry Erica, yes there's 2 tbs of rosemary total - 1 in the bread and another sprinkled on top.
