Good grief, here's another one!

I can't believe these suers are coming out of the sewer. Here's yet ANOTHER family who is suing the police because her daughter was killed in a police chase. I've got an idea...let's tell the police to not chase criminals because there is NO WAY it is the person that was being chased fault. Stopping police from chasin criminals will do a lot to help our society by keeping it safer.

Anything to get a few extra dollars, even if it means messing up society in the process. I think people are getting way too selfish. What happened to putting country and freedom first? My grandpa spent 4 years in WWII, and he and my grandma never complained about it. That's just what you did back then, to protect your freedom and society. I think if that situation arose again now there would be a very different response. It's really sad.

I agree Erica! I think the judge ought to throw such junk out of the courts, and in the case of the most rediculous lawsuits brought against law enforcement, they ought to charge the suers for wasting the court time. That would put a quick end to such rediculous lawsuits!
